Antoinette Valenti, age 85 of Mentor, passed away on Tuesday, November 1st at Tri-Pointe Hospital. Beloved wife of Louis E. Valenti (deceased). Loving mother of LuAnn Suhy (John), Susan Coustillac (Regis), Lisa Page (Dan), and Phillip Valenti (Belinda); devoted grandmother of Jonathan Suhy (Gail), Kera Valenti, Nathan Suhy (Katelynn), Daniel Page, Angela Coustillac, Laura Page, Teresa Rodgers (Jay), Regis L. Coustillac, and Anthony Coustillac; great-grandmother of  Benjamin and Zaiden Suhy, and Saphira Rodgers.  Antoinette was the youngest child of Antonino and Angela (nee Lutri) Aliberti (both deceased) and the dearest sister of the following deceased: Rose Farinacci (Carmen), Virginia Anderson (James), Phillip Aliberti, (Margaret), Lucy Puinno (Donald), Nina Paugh (Richard); sister-in-law of Jim Valenti (deceased), Patricia Rojeck (Ed), Rosemary Valenti (deceased) and Pino Valenti; beloved aunt, great-aunt and friend of many.

Antoinette was born on August 10,1937 and grew up in the Murray Hill neighborhood.  She spent many years in South Euclid and Richmond Heights before finally residing in Mentor.  She graduated from East High School and worked many years for family at Anderson Overhead Door Company.  She was involved in the Italian Sons and Daughters of America and served on the Women’s Guild for many years.  She enjoyed bowling, dancing, cooking, and bocce ball.  She was a woman who loved her family fiercely and enjoyed spending time with them.

Funeral Service 5 pm Saturday, November 12 at The FIORITTO FUNERAL HOME, 5236 MAYFIELD RD., LYNDHURST (EAST OF RICHMOND RD.) WHERE FRIENDS MAY CALL FROM 3 TO 5 PM SATURDAY.
