Carl S. Andreano, age 93, beloved husband for 69 years of Lucene (nee Prybyl), loving father of Kenneth (wife Rose), Judith Andreano (husband Peter Sullivan, deceased) and Carla Krebs, devoted grandfather of Matthew Sullivan (Kristen), Hannah Basch (Brandon), Collin Krebs (Morgan), Patrick Sullivan (Janelle), Tori Fahrenkamp (Nate), Marissa Voiers (Ryan), Jack Sullivan (Grace), Spencer Krebs (Luisi), Calli Krebs (Sam), cherished great grandfather of Charlotte, Greyson, Zoey, Faye, Theo, Caleb, Rory and Griffen, loving son of Mario and Margaret Andreano (both deceased), dearest brother of Phyllis Grande (husband Tom, deceased), loving uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend of many.
Carl was a 1956 graduate of Ohio University with a BS in Civil Engineering, where he was a member of Phi Kappa fraternity and participated in ROTC. He was also a proud veteran of the US Army.The son of Italian immigrants, Carl truly lived the American dream. He was the owner of Andreano Associates, an engineering consulting firm in Westlake, Ohio, and a land developer in the western suburbs of Cleveland — a successful businessman who was still working well into his 80s. In his later years, Carl enjoyed wintering in Florida with his wife, where his children and grandchildren would visit for spring break or embark on a cruise together. A lifelong and avid Cleveland sports fan, Carl was above all most proud of his beautiful family.
