Catherine A. D'Angelo

Catherine A. D'Angelo, age 79, born on April 16, 1939 and passed away on August 16, 2018. Beloved wife for 55 years of Rudy, loving mother of David (Jackie) D'Angelo and Susan (Bill) Duffy, devoted grandmother of Joey and Anthony D'Angelo, Krista and Shannon Duffy, dearest daughter of Leo and Ann Russo (both deceased), dear sister of Joseph (deceased) (wife Dolores) and Leo (deceased) (wife Mary Jo) Russo, dear sister-in-law of John (Penny) D'Angelo, loving aunt of Matthew, Lori, Leo, Gina, Denise, Scott and Lisa. Catherine loved animals especially her childhood dogs and later in life, her cats. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed a good story and laugh. Her grandchildren were her life and she loved their antics and spoiling them. Before getting married, she worked as a stenographer and secretary and later at Progressive Insurance as a customer service rep. She will be remembered for her tenacity, strong work-ethic and nurturing personality. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Governor's Village Mayfield and Great Lakes Hospice for their extraordinary care during her illness. Interment All Souls Cemetery.
