Charles A. "Charlie" Dobeck

Charles A. Dobeck, age 82, loving father of Chuck (wife Judy) and Diane Dobeck, cherished grandfather of Sydney, Erica and the late Megan, beloved son of Charles and Lucia (nee DeFranco) Dobeck (both deceased), dear brother of John, Mike (deceased) and Tom (wife Kim), friend of Roger and Shuli Young, Rick and Millie Palange, and his many Teamster brothers.

Charlie was the “neighborhood dad” to the many friends of his children growing up in Brooklyn. When he retired he took full advantage of his 24 year long retirement - he enjoyed golf, hunting, fishing, cooking (his pasta sauce is legendary!) and flying out to Los Angeles every year to see his granddaughters on their birthdays. He will be dearly missed.

Interment All Souls Cemetery. Funeral Services 10:30 am Thursday, December 29 at THE FIORITTO FUNERAL HOME, 5236 MAYFIELD ROAD, LYNDHURSGT (EAST OF RICHMOND ROAD) WHERE FRIENDS MAY CALL ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 28 FROM 6-8 PM.
