CLYDE W. SCOTT, beloved husband for 53 years of Vivienne (nee Fatica), loving and proud father of Lisa Benedict (Scott) and Gregory Scott (Erin Pitts), proud papa of Lindsey and Sarah Benedict, Allyson and Madeleine Scott, son of Carlton and Doris (both deceased), brother of Wilma Scott and the following deceased: Caralyn Heinrich and Lloyd Scott. Clyde was the Commissioner of Traffic Engineering and the Commissioner of Parking for the City of Cleveland, retiring in 1988. A native of Detroit, he was a 1953 graduate of Case and received his Masters Degree from Cornell University. He was a US Army Veteran, Post-Korean Conflict Era.
