Dianne Marie Frate

Dianne Marie Frate, "Dee Dee", died peacefully on August 8, 2023. She worked at Euclid Hospital, Richmond Heights Hospital, where she was president of the Credit Union, Mt. Sinai and University Hospitals in the IT Department. She played many sports: bowling, softball, racquetball and golf, and was a member of the Avanti Amerita Lodge of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America. Dee Dee was an active member of Holy Redeemer Parish, including singing in the choir, having a stand at the annual Feast and chairing the Cabrini House Outreach Program. Dianne's love was family, but her second passion was gambling. Since age 21, she made numerous trips to Las Vegas, organized many bus trips to local casinos and of of course, playing the lottery!

She was preceded in death by her parents Anthony and Edith (nee Gerome) Frate, siblings Elizabeth "Tootsie" Armaro, Cecelia "Ceil" Yonkura (Michael), Paul Frate (Judy), Mary Ann Parey, and nephew Michael Greer. She is survived by her brother in law Joe Parey, 14 loving nieces and nephews, seven great nieces and nephews, 1 great great niece and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE INVITED TO GATHER FOR MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL 10 AM THURSDAY, AUGUST 17 AT HOLY REDEEMER CHURCH, 15712 Kipling Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44110. INTERMENT PRIVATE.
