Donna Tamburro, of North Port, Florida, born September 6, 1953, passed away peacefully at home on January 9, 2026. Donna was the beloved wife for 51 years of Peter Tamburro, cherished mother of Lucille Tamburro-Frierson (Marcus), Mary Tamburro, Nicole Tamburro (Luna Rudd), devoted grandmother of Dante Tamburro (Ashley Bogan), Ciandra Tamburro, Breanna Frierson (David Given), Bayland Frierson, Marcus Frierson (Alicia Mitchell), loving great grandmother of Grey Given and River Given, dear daughter of Donald Parker (deceased) and Norma Thomas (deceased), beloved sister of Patricia Gambino (James, deceased), dear sister-in-law of Mark Tamburro (Debra), Anthony Tamburro (Cynthia), loving aunt of Victor Gambino, Carlo Gambino, Jennifer Leimkuehler (Cory), Theresa Simon (Neil), Michelle Brogan (John), Michael Tamburro (deceased), Anthony Tamburro (Ann).

Donna was a devout Catholic, worked as a Medical Lab Technician and lived with Parkinson's disease for over 20 years. She was a warrior and to help others, she donated her brain to Parkinson's research after her passing.
