Beloved husband for 66 years of Leona (nee Kozicki). Loving father of David (wife Kerri) Kowardy, Michael (wife Patricia) Kowardy, Theresa Clemente (husband Joe) (both deceased), Valorie Capretta (husband Tim) and Francis Joseph Jr. (wife Lisa) Kowardy. Devoted grandfather of Kristie Warren (Eric), Joseph, Anthony, Nichole, Nicholas, Francis Joseph III (wife Gabriella), Matthew, McKenzie and Madison. Great grandfather of Naria and Landon. Dear son of Jon and Aniela Kowardy (both deceased). Loving brother of 12.
Proud Veteran of US Marine Corps.
Frank loved dancing, especially Polka dancing, was a history buff and a sports fan who loved baseball, followed Paul Brown and the Steelers! He enjoyed gardening and loved nature, but most importantly, he was totally devoted to his wife, Leona.
