Frank A Velotta, Jr., age 67, beloved father of Nicole Chaffin (husband Craig) and Lindsey Velotta, cherished brother of Lynn Milia (husband Nino), loving uncle of Nino Jr. and Carl (wife Meghan) Milia, dear great uncle of Dominic Milia. Son of Frank Velotta Sr. (deceased) and Carol Borrelli, half-brother of Maria Borelli. Loving nephew, cousin and friend of many.

Frank was a long-time proud member of Operating Engineers Union Local 18, and was most recently employed by Cuyahoga County.
