FRANK R. WAGNER, beloved husband for 69 years of Ann (nee Iesulauro), loving father of Dorothy Colosi (husband Joseph), Frank Jr. (wife Frances) and Richard (wife Linda), devoted grandfather of Frank A., Robert and the late David Wagner, Paul and Bryan Colosi, Vanessa and Marissa Wagner, cherished great grandfather of 11 and great great grandfather of two 'on the way.' Dear brother of Paul and the following deceased: Phillip, Robert, Phyllis Skufca, Floyd and June Krahn. US Marine Veteran, WWII. Frank was the Water Commissioner for the City of Cleveland Heights, retiring in 1989.
