Gerald "Jerry" Dodson

Gerald (Jerry) Wyndham Dodson, age 71 passed away on December 12th 2021.

Jerry was born December 14th, 1950 in Cleveland, OH to John and Ellen (dec). Dearest brother of Jack, Jim (dec), Tom (dec) (Margaret), and Bill. Uncle to Cory McNamara (Patrick), Kelly McCrone (Tom), Daniel, Erin, Heather Pappalardo (Tony), Eileen, John, Bill (Chelsea), Jennifer Becker (Doug), and Michael. Great uncle to nine nieces and nephews.

Jerry enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and his close fishing buddies. He traveled far and wide: from Alaska to the Amazon and everywhere in between. What he loved most of all was teaching his nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews the ins and outs of fishing.

A lifelong Fan of The University of Notre Dame. He even drove to Arizona to watch Notre Dame win their last National Championship in 1988 with his brother Tom.

Proud board member of the British American Club.

He will be dearly missed by all those who experienced and felt his passion for life and learning.

Memorial Services 3 pm Friday at THE FIORITTO FUNERAL HOME, 5236 MAYFIELD RD, LYNDHURST (E OF RICHMOND RD), where friends may call from 2pm until time of service.
