Gloria Jean (Our Queen) Palmentera
sadly left us on September 13, 2023 at the young age of 93 to reunite with the love of her life John. Gloria lived a fulfilling life as a wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. She left behind many homemade recipes, crochet blankets, and family traditions that will be cherished forever. She never missed a chance to have a visitor and share a cup of tea. She took pride in looking snazzy and loved her weekly hair and nail appointments. She was a woman of faith that never missed mass and you would not dare make her late to it.
She leaves behind her son, Johnny (Deborah) Palmentera, daughters, Bernice (Wayne) Potter, Michelle Palmentera, Paula (Greg) Naploszek, Ranee (Palmentera) Ratkosky along with her 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Her sandwiches, pistachio cakes, and homemade’s will forever be missed as well as her greeting cards, scratch-off tickets, and her love. Gloria’s memory will forever live on and brighten the hearts of those who loved her.
Family and friends are invited to gather for Mass of Christian Burial 11 am Monday, September 18 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 5891 Ridge Road, Parma, OH 44129 followed by Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
