James Lallo

James Lallo, a cherished father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away peacefully in Mentor, Ohio with his children at his side on October 21, 2025. He was born on May 13, 1946 to the late Calcino and Josephine Lallo. Jim is survived by his loving children, James Lallo, Lynda Avallone (Paul), Christine Lallo, Jason Lallo (Tina), Frank Brancatelli, Michael Brancatelli and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a loyal brother of Linda Dixon (deceased) (Richard), Susan Mendolera (deceased) and Ernest Lallo (Helen).

Jim was a career boilermaker at Republic Steel and LTV, as well as an automobile enthusiast, working on all types of cars and taking them for joy rides. He enjoyed boating with family and friends, but his greatest joy was his family. He will be remembered for his love and dedication to his children, his many nieces and nephews and their families. Among his many grandchildren, he shared a truly special bond with his granddaughter Josephine Lallo, who brought him immense light and happiness to his life.

Jim's warmth, laughter and presence will be be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched. His family wishes to thank his private caregivers who made his life comfortable at the end, as well as the staff at Traditions Health Hospice and Palliative Care.
