JoAnna Ricciardella, age 74, passed away on August 2, 2026.

Beloved daughter of Michael and Catherine Ricciardella and Anita Palmieri (all deceased). Loving sister of Nick Ricciardella (Conni), Anna Zsinko (John) and Antoinette Arezone (Dean). Dearest Aunt of Kyrstal (Robert Ward) and Michelina Ricciardella, Matthew (deceased) and Michael Zsinko, Brooke and Nick Arezone. JoAnna was a dear niece and cousin of many here in Cleveland, Canada and Italy.

JoAnna was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Her passion was baking and spent most of her career working as a baker in the Cleveland area. She retired from Heinen’s after many years working in their bakery. She loved to bake goods for family holidays and parties.

Her nieces and nephews were her joy in life. The other joy in her life was her Cairn Terrier, Mokie, who she rescued and took care of for many years. JoAnna was an avid Cleveland Indians fan whether it be watching the games on TV or listening on the radio.

JoAnna was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Inurnment Private. Family and friends invited to meet for Mass of Christian Burial 10 am Tuesday at Saint Francis of Assisi Church, 6850 Mayfield Road, Gates Mills. Friends may call at THE FIORITTO FUNERAL HOME, 5236 MAYFIELD ROAD, LYNDHURST (EAST OF RICHMOND ROAD) 4-7 PM MONDAY.
