Kenneth D Krzysiak

November 9, 1968 — February 26, 2018

Kenneth David Krzysiak, age 49 of Aurora Ohio passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018. Surrounded by close family, this marked the conclusion of Ken's battle with cancer.

Ken is survived by his wife Kristen, son Sammy, parents John and Judy Krzysiak, brother Brad, sister Beth and her husband Todd, in-laws Allen and Lynn Miller, sister in-law Michele and her husband Randy, sister in-law Tracey and many nieces and nephews.

Ken is remembered as a fun loving and genuine person who looked to brighten everyone's day. Ken spent 9 years as the Chief Engineer at The Hilton Garden Inn in Mayfield Ohio. Known as "Kenny" he roamed the halls most of his days taking care of every aspect of the hotel. Every employee that came and went over the years had the privilege to meet Kenny, as well as many regular guests. He was very proud of his program called Kenny's Kids, a program that gives local high school students with exceptionalities the opportunity to gain work experience and learn valuable tools needed to be productive members of society. The hotel was his second home, he knew the hotel like the back of his hand and is so proud of what he accomplished there.

Ken and his son were nearly inseparable as shown by how he coached his son in sports throughout his entire life, making close relationships with the parents and kids both. Ken is simply known as "Coach" to many people. Anywhere he went, he was bound to run into somebody that he impacted somewhere down the line. It was truly magical to watch how he could interact with people and maintain relationships. Whether Ken and Sam were in the car, playing video games, on the sideline yelling, or on the couch watching Michigan sports, he will be greatly missed by his son who cherished every second they spent together.

Ken loved baseball, football, basketball, hockey, golf, tennis, or literally anything with a ball he could find on TV. He was an avid fan of Cleveland pro sports teams and a diehard fan of the University of Michigan football and basketball teams. His signature look was to have a bottle of Pepsi in his hand, sunglasses and a Michigan hat on, and windows rolled down with rock and roll music blasting out the window.

Those who wish to pay their respects to Ken are more than welcome to attend his Celebration of Life at his other baby The Hilton Garden Inn, 700 Beta Drive, Mayfield, Ohio 44143. The celebration will be held on Saturday, March 3rd at 11:00 am. All friends and family are welcome to attend. You are welcome to dress formally, but know this is not intended to be a traditional funeral. It is to celebrate Ken's life and his accomplishments. Ken was the greatest man I've ever met, and it is my honor to call him my father. He will be greatly missed by so many. Rest in paradise ߒٰߒ›
