Maria Martino (nee Pannitto), age 92, passed away November 1, 2015 . Beloved wife of the late John. Loving mother of Mary Brancato (Sam), Rosanna Scolaro (Tom) and Josephine Malec (Ken). Devoted grandmother of Christie, John, Kristin, Danielle and Dean. Great grandmother of four. Dearest sister of Connie Ross (Greg) and Nick Pannitto (deceased) (Gemma).Sister-in-Law of Tina Tersigni of Rome, Italy. Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.

She immigrated from Italy in 1958, lived in Collinwood and moved to Lyndhurst with her family in 1965. She will be remembered for always putting her family first, her beautiful smile, warm hugs and opening her home for family and friends to enjoy her delicious meals.

Entombment Knollwood Cemetery. Prayers of Christian Burial 11 am Thursday at THE FIORITTO FUNERAL HOME, 5236 MAYFIELD RD, LYNDHURST (E. OF RICHMOND RD) where friends may call Thursday from 10 am until time of service.
