Michael Curtis Maxwell aka Tank, Hollywood, Pretty Boy, & Shades of Chesterland, Ohio went home to Jesus on March 14, 2018 at age 49.
Mike was born March 9, 1969 in Columbus, Ohio. He attended Pickerington High School.
He was an Irrigation Specialist, Plumber, and Contractor by trade. He could do just about anything with his hands. One of his favorite Mikeism's was that his hands were made to love and hurt equally well. He was the guy you could call on when you needed help and he would always have your back in a fight. He was martial arts trained and those hands were also weapons. He was a truly unique man and anyone that met him would never forget him. His smile was so bright and his presence would light up a room. You never wondered what he thought about anything and he always shared way too much information with anyone that would listen. He was quite the story teller and he had a lot of them. 50% true and 50% embellished! He would tell you he lived a sloppy first half, but he lived it how he wanted.
He loved his family and friends. They meant the world to him.
He is survived by his wife and high school sweetheart Correne Maxwell, daughter Brianna Maxwell, "bonus" son David Stacy, Grandmother Millie Maxwell,
Parents Gary & Arlene Maxwell, Siblings Bobby Lawson, Lisa Manis, Matt (Jeanette) Maxwell, Marc (Robin) Maxwell, Mindi (Nevil) McGee, many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews, and many friends.
Preceded in death by his mother Jo Arlene Maxwell and his hero – Grandfather Harry Maxwell.
Cremation arrangements will be handled by Fioritto Funeral Service, Lyndhurst, OH
Celebration of his life will be @ Word of Grace 9021 Mayfield Road, Chesterland, OH 44026 on Monday March 19th, 2018 @ 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to David Simpson Hospice House.
