Murray "Buddy" Semple

Murray "Buddy" Semple age 77, passed away February 19, 2021 in his home in Perry, Ohio. He was born September 23, 1943 in Cleveland Ohio to Murray and Anne (nee Fina) Semple (both deceased). Buddy proudly served in the US Navy and was in law enforcement for over 50 years, serving as an East Cleveland Policeman and later serving in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court. In his retirement, Buddy served as a Perry Village Councilman.
He loved God, his family, his country, and all Cleveland sports.
Buddy is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Lynda (nee Bondi), Loving daughters,
Annmarie Gilbert, Shandra Moss (Jeffrey husband), Nicole, and son Anthony (wife Kimmy).
Papa is cherished by his grandchildren Caitlyn, Jaime, Alexa, Cassidy, Olivia, Grace, Vinnie, Tori, Anthony, and great granddaughter Giovanna.
Buddy was also the dear brother of Maggie Roeder (husband Blair) and Carmelean Martin (deceased) and was loved and will be missed by many nieces,
nephews and cousins.
FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE INVITED TO MEET FOR MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL 11 AM FRIDAY AT ST. CYPRIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH 4223 MIDDLE RIDGE RD. PERRY OH 44081 FOLLOWED BY INTERMENT AT PERRY CEMETERY. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE FIORITTO FUNERAL HOME 5236 MAYFIELD ROAD, LYNDHURST, OH 44124 (EAST OF RICHMOND RD.) THURSDAY 3-6 PM.
SOCIAL DISTANCING AND MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES. Family suggests donations in Buddy's name to
