Ngan Chui Yuan, 阮 鄭 銀 翠, age 80, beloved wife of Thomas Yuan (deceased), loving mother of Kathleen Fox (Robert), Steven Yuan (Lori) and Susse Yuan, devoted grandmother of Jeffrey Bradley, Stephanie Hogan (Josh), Robert Bradley and Christopher Fox, cherished great grandmother of Evelyn Hogan. Dear sister of Chen Hwa Cheng (deceased), King Ho Cheng, Jing Chui Cheng, Ning Po Cheng, Ying Chui Cheng, Kwok Ping Cheng, Kwok Wai Cheng and Kwok Ying Cheng.
Former owner for 27 years of The New Peking Restaurant in Lyndhurst.
