Olivia Rose

Olivia Rose (nee Caras), age 87, beloved wife for 66 years of Donald P. Rose (deceased), loving mother of Donald S. Rose (wife Christina) and Christopher P. Rose (deceased), devoted grandmother of Nicholas Rose (wife Carolyn) and Gabriella Rose, great grandmother of Charlotte Rose, dear sister of Paul Caras, Vicky Iafrati (husband Roger) and the following deceased: Mary Cavanaugh, Kaliope Stragalas and George Caras (wife Margie), also survived by family friend Donald Cooper.

Olivia attended Taunton High School, where she was Majorette. She worked for many years at Sheridan Silver and later for the Caras Insurance Agency. The family moved to Raynham, Massachusetts where Olivia and Don raised their family, until their move to Southport Retirement Community in Mashpee, Massachusetts where they lived for 16 years.

Sports were always a big part of the household, where Olivia was a big Red Sox and Patriots fan, her favorite player being Tom Brady.

She loved her family dearly, and was especially proud of her Greek heritage. Olivia and Don moved to Ohio in their later years to be near their son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter.

Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to gather for Mass of Christian Burial 10 am Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 9925 Johnnycake Ridge Road, Concord, OH 44077.
