Pasquale (Pat) DiMichele, 79, of Mentor, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Jan. 5, 2022 at Hillcrest Hospital due to complications from pneumonia.
He was born in Rionero Sannitico, Italy to Antonio DiMichele and Lucia (nee Frabotta) on July 9, 1942. He moved to Cleveland in 1967, where he met his future wife, Mary (Nee Frate). The two were married on April 12, 1969.
Pat owned a construction company for many years, was extremely handy, loved to fix and build things. A favorite project was building his grandson's tree house and swing set. He loved telling stories of his adventures in Italy & Switzerland, traveling to the U.S. National Parks, playing Solitaire, listening to Italian music, growing tomatoes and figs in his garden, walking the mall, shopping at Menards and Home Depot, and spending time with the people he loved.
Pasquale was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Lucia and Antonio; brothers Elio and Eugenio. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary; daughters Lisa (Erik Pieramici) and Lora, and son Tony (Allison), and grandson, Rome; brother Dante DiMichele (Cheryle); sisters Iolanda Andreano, Carmela DiVincenzo (Mario), Nicole Farinacci; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Family and Friends are invited to gather for Mass of Christian Burial 10 am Monday, January 10th at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church,
8560 Mentor Ave. Mentor, OH 44060. He will be buried at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon, OH.
