Roderick Hamilton Dinnen "Rod/Papa" of New Smyrna Beach, FL, age 83, passed away peacefully on Good Friday, April 14. He was a Cleveland Heights, OH native who had relocated to Florida. Loving Husband of the late Kathryn (nee McAlpine), proud father of David (Becky), "Papa" of Patrick and J.D. (OH), dear son of the late David and Eleanor Dinnen, brother-in-law of Dr. Fred and Barbara McAlpine (MA), uncle of Chris & Lisa McAlpine (FL), Dan & Beth McAlpine (MA) and Karen Healey (NH) and great uncle of several nieces and a nephew.
US Marine, retired business man, who enjoyed golfing, fishing, playing cards, photography and spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandsons.
