Rose was born in 1933 to John and Mary (nee Di Franco) Marino and raised in Cleveland's Little Italy.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Family was everything to her. Nothing gave her more joy than
cooking and baking for her family! Rose and Ben would've celebrated their 60th wedding Anniversary
this November. Together they hosted countless holiday dinners loaded with traditional Italian foods.
She was famous for her Christmas cookies and other delicious baked goods. Still Rose had time for other
interests and talents as well. She was an accomplished seamstress, sewing many of her own clothes as well
as for her children and grandchildren. Rose was also an avid reader and lover of country music, and
we'd be remiss if we didn't mention how she loved a good game of Pinochle and playing Scopa with Ben!
Her best memories made were spending time with her grandchildren – annual trips to Cedar Point,
teaching them to cook, sew, play games, and love life as she did!
She will be missed by all!
