Devoted husband of 55 years of Catherine D'Angelo (nee Russo) (deceased),
Loving father of David (Jackie) D'Angelo and Susan (Bill) Duffy,
devoted grandfather of Joey and Anthony D'Angelo, Krista and Shannon Duffy,
dear son of Anthony and Edith D'Angelo (both deceased),
Dear brother of Dolores (deceased) and John (Penny) D'Angelo,
Dear brother-in-law of Joseph (Dolores) Russo and Leo (deceased) (Mary Jo) Russo.
Loving uncle of Matthew, Lori, Leo, Gina, Denise, Scott and Lisa.
A US Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict, Rudy spent his life living and caring for others.
He was a devoted and steadfast companion to his wife during her illness even while battling his own medical challenges.
Always a loyal Cleveland sports fan, he faithfully followed the Cleveland Indians. He loved playing hockey in his younger days
and golf in later years. An artist with the natural ability to draw, he also enjoyed cooking like his
father. Rudy was a gentle spirit who could see the humor in everyday situations. An employee of
Chase Brass and Copper Cleveland for over 40 years, he will be remembered for his strong work
ethic, dedication and commitment to family and friends. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Governor's
Village Mayfield and Great Lakes Caring Hospice for their extraordinary care during his final days.
Interment All Souls Cemetery. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Church of St. Clare.
