Sylvia Elizabeth De Franco

Sylvia Elizabeth DeFranco of Shaker Heights Ohio passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 4, 2019 at the age of 88. For 25 years Sylvia owned and managed Helen Milner Hairdressers located on iconic Shaker Square. In her retirement years, in keeping with her love of aquatic plants and fish, she owned and operated Munson Water Gardens in Geauga County. Some of her most enjoyable hobbies were playing tennis, ice skating, traveling and gardening. She took pride in helping the elderly prepare their taxes as a volunteer, and also as a volunteer for the Shaker Heights Citizen Patrol police. Sylvia will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
