Umberto Ferrante

UMBERTO FERRANTE, age 93, born in Rionero Sannitico, Isernia, Italy on September 7, 1933 and raised in Montalto, Molise, Italy. A pioneer who left his life in Italy at age 28 to plant a seed here in the U.S. that grew into a loving, successful family.

Umberto is survived by his sons: Dino (wife Kim), and Michael (wife Karen), and his grandchildren: Michael (wife Sarah), Kathy Armstrong (husband Dylan), Stephanie, Dominic (wife Morgan), Angelo and Vincent. He was preceeded in death by wife of 65 years, Josephine (nee Embrescia) and his parents: Alfonso and Giulia, his brothers and sister: Alfredo (wife Elvira), Luvigino (wife Tomasina), Marietta (husband Augustino), Orlando (wife Enia), Elio (wife Emma), Giuseppe (wife Maria) and Italo (wifeLucietta).

Interment All Souls Cemetery. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 am Tuesday, October 13th, 2026 at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 6850 Mayfield Road, Gates Mills, OH 44040.
