Venera T. Paoletto

Venera T. Paoletto (nee Patete), age 77, beloved wife for 56 years of Michael, loving mother of Michael (wife Martia), Victoria and David (wife Heather) Paoletto, devoted grandmother of Nico and Milana, "special grandmother" of Julia and Angiolina; dear daughter of Umberto and Angela Patete (both deceased), loving sister of Philomena Puletti (husband Gino, deceased), Dominic, Anthony and Robert Patete, devoted aunt and great aunt of many.

Born in a bucolic but impoverished region of Italy after WWII, she was separated from her parents at the age of five for two years while they legally immigrated to the United States and worked to save enough money to bring her, her brothers, and her sister over so their family could be re-united. She always embraced and appreciated the gift of living in America and was proud to be an American.

She was involved in many organizations and activities throughout her life. She was loving, fiercely loyal, generous, and forgiving to her friends and family. She took the good, the bad, and the ugly in stride, always reminding us “such is life”. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by so many

Family and Friends are invited to gather for Mass of Christian Burial 10 am Friday, October 2, 2026 at The Church of Saint Clare, 5659 Mayfield Road, Lyndhurst, OH 44124 followed by Entombment at Knollwood Cemetery.
