William Lee Jenkins

WILLIAM LEE JENKINS, age 76, 11/4/1941-10/28/2018, beloved father of William P. Jenkins, Dominica Marie La Fountain (Jamie), Jennifer Bayless (Todd) and Dixie Lee Jenkins (Jason Zimmerman), loving grandfather of Morgan Keltner, Tara Rodrigues, Andrew Bayless, Alexandria Bayless, great grandfather of Sophia Rodrigues, dear brother of Carol Deiley and Bruce Jenkins, also survived by friend and former spouse, Billie Marcum. William served in the US Army as a Chemical Specialist from 1960 - 1963. He Graduated from Penn State University in 1966 with a Bachelor's Degree in Ceramic Science. Upon graduation, he worked as an Engineer for GE in the lighting division at Nela Park for 23 years. He went on to build a specialty lighting manufacturing company named EYE Lighting, and worked there until his retirement. When he wasn't working, he was spending time at his Christmas Tree Farm, affectionately called 'The Farm,' or attending Penn State football games. He will be greatly missed and cherished always.
